The 11th Rollick promises lots of fresh air, country paths (many with generous mud) and wonderful vistas overlooking the River Severn and a free drink and cake at the end.

The race has been run for over 10 years now, and has gained a good local reputation for being well organised with friendly supportive marshals and helpers. It has established quite a reputation for MUD, which can usually be relied on, and runners perversely seem to enjoy this. But you can clean your shoes off when you splash through the stream just before the Finish, at no extra charge!
