Under the new lockdown which begins Thursday 5th November, running in groups is again banned.

SRC Tuesday nights are suspended until such time as the rules change again and mini-groups of up to six may also no longer be organised under Government rules.

It is still permitted to run with members of your own household support bubble or in groups of two with a person from another household.
