I joined the club back in 2010 and thanks to the group leaders (especially Chris & Scott) my running improved very quickly. I enjoy a mixture of road and trail running, and a variety of different races.
I generally lead the fast group and a typical run will be around 7-7:30 pace for around an hour, or a speed / strength session. Some of my favourite and most popular sessions include are the Bridge Valley Hill Repeats (5 x 3min efforts) and the Kenyan intervals (16 x 1min effort).
