Foam Rolling/Stretching Class
Foam rolling/stretching class, 7.45pm. A running physiotherapist is to coming and help us learn more about stretching and using a foam roller. If you haven’t heard of foam rolling it’s a fashionable physio technique to prevent/cure injuries associated with running and is supposed to be very good for the IT band which is something to do with runners knee and other running complaints. This is being paid for by the club and is free to all runners, just stay on after running that night. If you’ve got your own foam roller it would be useful to bring it and the rollers will be limited in number.
