It’s been a long time coming but after 2 years it’s time to celebrate Christmas in in typical SRC fashion!
Slightly more understated than we are used to but the essentials are there, us, music and booze.

As the Nightingale Nightmare race won't be on this year, we thought we'd have our 'match your time' 5km race instead just for Southville runners ONLY.

As of 6 September 2021 all our running groups are currently meeting in the Southbank.

Exciting news - we're coming home! After a nomadic year of meeting in parks and under flyovers, we will be returning to the Southbank Club on Dean Lane from Tuesday 27th July.

Our first post-November-lockdown running night was held on Thursday 3rd December, initially as a one off; however, thanks to new volunteer deputy co-ordinator James Gale (and Otto Karhunen who is acting as backup) we are now able to return to regular running nights on both Tuesday and Thursdays f

Under the new lockdown which begins Thursday 5th November, running in groups is again banned.

SRC Tuesday nights are suspended until such time as the rules change again and mini-groups of up to six may also no longer be organised under Government rules.

Tuesday 20th September will be our last night meeting in Greville Smyth Park, due to the lack of light once the clocks go back.
